Haus Maria is the alternative to vacationing in a hotel.
Would you like to go on vacation in the land of the gods and have you discovered the beautiful peninsula of Chalkidiki? And now you are looking for an alternative to the usual hotel? You've come to the right place with us. The lovingly furnished apartments offer a relaxing holiday for families with children, but also for couples or singles who want to relax from everyday stress.
House Maria is located in the village of Nea Potidea on the first finger of Chalkidiki. We have a total of 16 apartments or studios. All our rooms have a balcony, shower/toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, fan, satellite TV, free WiFi, safe and much more.
It is only 30 meters to the free sandy beach. Our beach has been awarded the blue flag for excellent water quality.
The nearest supermarket is 100 meters away.
In about 200 meters you can reach the beach promenade with numerous beach bars with organized beach service (loungers and parasols), taverns, fast food restaurants, pizzerias, souvenir shops and much more. Numerous water sports activities are also offered.
At the picturesque fishing port you will experience a romantic sunset with a view of Mount Olympus, the home of the gods.
